Claire Simon films the epic of women's bodies in the gynaecology and maternity department of the Hôpital Tenon — their diversity, their singularity, their beauty at every stage along the way of a life. A course of desires, fears and struggles, of unique histories that each patient alone can undergo. One day, she had to step in front of the camera herself.
